REFUND POLICY

VF Builds Return & Refund Policy

Every PC is built, tested, and inspected before it is delivered or shipped.

Inspect at delivery. For local delivery orders, you're welcome to power on your PC in front of our driver. Please confirm it's working at the door. Local delivery orders are inspected and accepted at delivery.

DOA (Dead on Arrival). If your PC doesn't work when you receive it, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will troubleshoot with you first, and if the issue is a hardware fault we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. We cover shipping on DOA claims.

30-day warranty. All builds include a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. If a component fails within 30 days of delivery under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, including shipping. Warranty service requires the original serial-numbered parts and an intact warranty seal.

Damaged in transit. If your PC arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns. Because every PC is tested and inspected before delivery, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Please review the specs before ordering.

Not covered. Damage from drops, spills, or power surges, software issues or malware, overclocking or modifications made after delivery, and normal wear.
