VF Builds Shipping & Delivery

Every PC is tested and benchmarked before it goes out, whether it's delivered or shipped.

Florida local delivery. We deliver directly to your door within roughly 200 miles of Deltona.

Zone 1 (0-30 miles): $10 standard / $15 priority
Zone 2 (31-75 miles): $25 standard / $40 priority
Zone 3 (76-125 miles): $40 standard / $60 priority
Zone 4 (126-200 miles): $60 standard / $100 priority

Delivery to Zones 3 and 4 requires a minimum order of $700. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout by ZIP code. Orders go out within 1-3 business days, and deliveries outside Zone 1 may be grouped with other orders in your area. We'll text you a delivery window once your route is set. Our driver will hand you the PC and, if you'd like, power it on so you can confirm it works, and we take a photo at drop-off as proof of delivery.

Shipping. For addresses outside our Florida delivery area, we ship via [carrier] with tracking and insurance. Orders ship within 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes [0-3] business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Every PC is double-boxed with a GPU support bracket and foam padding to protect it in transit.

 

Shipping damage and insurance. Shipping insurance is available at checkout for an additional fee, and we recommend adding it, especially for higher-value builds. If you decline insurance and your PC is damaged in transit, you are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. If you purchase insurance and your PC arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the damage immediately, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll file the claim and cover the cost of repair or replacement.
